What is the Holiday Return Policy?

For the 2025 holiday season, Nintendo SAN FRANCISCO has extended the return policy for eligible items purchased between November 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025, which can be returned until January 31, 2026. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the Nintendo SAN FRANCISCO store Refunds Policy are still applicable with respect to such products purchased. All purchases made after December 31, 2025 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

What is a Warp Pipe Pass reservation?

How do I sign up for a Warp Pipe Pass reservation?

You must have a Nintendo Account to reserve a Warp Pipe Pass. If you do not have a Nintendo Account, you can sign up for one free of charge. We recommend setting up an account before Warp Pipe Passes become available for an upcoming event.

Each person attending is required to have their own Warp Pipe Pass. For groups of two or more, each attendee must have a Nintendo Account that is linked to a Nintendo Account family group. All parties in the same group must attend together during the same time slot.

Children aged 6 and under do not need an individual Warp Pipe Pass to attend, therefore do not need a Nintendo Account. They may attend with their parent or guardian who does have a Warp Pipe Pass. Terms apply.
